I am Andrea Welsh, LPN CHPC, a dedicated health center consultant with over 16 years of hands-on experience in nursing: The Good, The Bad and the Really Weird. I have been at the bedside and in the boardroom. I understand the challenges health centers and their CEOs face. I am passionate about creating solutions that make a difference in how a center operates so that it serves patients who deserve the best care, really taps into staff resources and makes a difference. About Ben Biddick
Ben lives a life of service. His greatest joy is helping transform his clients' challenges into their greatest successes. At an early age, it became very clear to Ben there were no guarantees in life. He sought to respond to the gift of life he'd been given by relieving suffering, empowering the powerless, and protecting the vulnerable. His journey of service led him to deploy as a combat medic in Iraq, contribute to large scale emergency management, perform hostage and crisis negotiation, employ crisis intervention for people grappling with suicidal and homicidal ideation during the pandemic, work as a nurse in military, correctional, and civilian environments for decades, and more. He knew he'd have to understand the reality people experienced if he was going to partner with them to create effective solutions to their challenges.
Ben understands the impact of trauma, the effects of acute and chronic stress, the potency of restorative practices, the satisfaction of conflict resolution, the importance of validation, the value of mindfulness, the foundations of physical and mental health, the exponential returns on investment that stem from creating psychological safety, and flourishing employee recruitment and retention that draws high integrity talent seeking longevity of meaning and purpose.

Teresa is the owner/operator of INTREPID Forensic Health Consulting in Fargo, ND. She's also a 20year veteran of the US Navy Nurse Corps, which is where she began her career in forensic nursing in 2011. About Lorre Laws, PhD
Dr. Lorre Laws or "Dr. Lorre" is an author, integrative nursing professor, keynote speaker, and trauma-burnout expert known for her heart-centered, integrative approaches to healing. She uses humor and storytelling to distill high-level concepts into bite sized nuggets. She is a master teacher, whose students refer to her as humanity's nurse.
 
In her book, Nursing Our Healer's Heart, Dr. Lorre presents her research in a warm and friendly manner.  She discusses the global nursing shortage, the impact of healthcare worker traumatization, and how this traumatization frequently misdiagnosed as "just burnout" or "resilience challenges". She offers a 5-step healing pathway that leverages each person’s unique and innate capacity for healing.
 
She founded The Haelan Academy, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and healing services to health professionals worldwide. Her podcast, The Haelan Nurse Chronicles, shines a spotlight on health system inadequacies related to healthcare professionals' safety and professional wellbeing.

I am an RN. I have been a nurse for 3 years. Before I launched my company I worked as a float pool nurse during the pandemic. After some time with that I transitioned into what is called inpatient virtual nursing. I started posting content on Tik Tok about my day in the life of a virtual nurse and I was inspired to start the company from there. I quickly learned that virtual nursing is an emerging area in nursing and that I had knowledge in a subject that needed more awareness and exposure.
