About Ben Biddick

Ben lives a life of service. His greatest joy is helping transform his clients' challenges into their greatest successes. At an early age, it became very clear to Ben there were no guarantees in life. He sought to respond to the gift of life he'd been given by relieving suffering, empowering the powerless, and protecting the vulnerable. His journey of service led him to deploy as a combat medic in Iraq, contribute to large scale emergency management, perform hostage and crisis negotiation, employ crisis intervention for people grappling with suicidal and homicidal ideation during the pandemic, work as a nurse in military, correctional, and civilian environments for decades, and more. He knew he'd have to understand the reality people experienced if he was going to partner with them to create effective solutions to their challenges.

Ben understands the impact of trauma, the effects of acute and chronic stress, the potency of restorative practices, the satisfaction of conflict resolution, the importance of validation, the value of mindfulness, the foundations of physical and mental health, the exponential returns on investment that stem from creating psychological safety, and flourishing employee recruitment and retention that draws high integrity talent seeking longevity of meaning and purpose.

His experience with clients spans a wide range of human experience from trafficked children to professional athletes, from former gang members to combat Veterans, from the incarcerated to celebrity chefs, from survivors of abuse and exploitation to First Responders spiraling due to secondary trauma, from inner city educators to dementia care partners, from those struggling with addiction to executives of multi-million dollar companies who crave the wellbeing of their employees as they fulfill noble organizational objectives.
