I am Andrea Welsh, LPN CHPC, a dedicated health center consultant with over 16 years of hands-on experience in nursing: The Good, The Bad and the Really Weird. I have been at the bedside and in the boardroom. I understand the challenges health centers and their CEOs face. I am passionate about creating solutions that make a difference in how a center operates so that it serves patients who deserve the best care, really taps into staff resources and makes a difference.
